PUR & SIMPLE in Etobicoke, ON - A breakfast restaurant is looking for friendly, courteous and QUICK Bussers and Helpers. Being a team player is essential as you will be working with servers, other bussers, cooks and dishwashers to provide a great dining experience for our valued customers. Bussers are usually part time employees and must be prepared to work on the weekends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests in an organized and efficient manner
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and assist with reservations
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure a positive dining experience

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
