Assistant Building Manager

London, Canada Summit Properties Full time

This position would require you to live on-site and work is 8 hours per day, every other weekend and 2 nights per week on duty.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)
- Minor maintenance repairs when on call
- Assisting with turnover suites for new residents when required.
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
- Shoveling snow, salting all walkways
- Assisting with garbage/recycling
- Cleaning building (cleaning windows, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, washing walls, elevator trim, stairwells) and all other duties as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18,000.00-$22,000.00 per year
