BlueStone Properties Inc. has been an award-winning, London based, industry leader in property management, construction, and development for three generations. We are currently seeking a **full-time** **live-in Assistant Building Manager** to join our CFAA and FRPO award-winning residential team.

**SUMMARY**

This is a full-time live-in position that assists with the daily operations of Platts Crossing and surrounding grounds. Reporting to the Building Manager, the Assistant Building Manager will have onsite support from our friendly and dedicated in-house property management, cleaning, maintenance, and grounds team.

**DUTIES**

Working Fridays to Tuesdays (with Wednesdays and Thursdays off), the Assistant Building Manager is one of the first onsite points of contact with residents. The Assistant Building Manager plays a critical role in cleaning common areas and vacant units, completing minor in suite repairs and daily grounds/log checks, and assisting with tenant concerns as well as move-ins and move-outs. As a part of a passionate and courteous team who has tenant needs front and center, you will participate in on-call hours in the evenings and on weekends on a rotating schedule.

**REQUIREMENTS**

To be successful in this position, previous experience in cleaning residential buildings, courteous manners with the public, and proficient spoken and written English are required. Knowledge of residential building management and minor maintenance are an asset. You will need to be comfortable using a smartphone and computer. As a part of your hiring package, we will be required to complete a criminal background check.
