**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise daily operations of the organization.
- Ensure that all operations are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of staff members.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
**Details**:
The individual would have a period of learning the basics of all three positions in the warehouse. Consisting of: bottle sorting, container organizational work at the back of the warehouse, valet position (mainly focuses on greeting, helping customers inside and organizing on a first come first serve basis)
The length of time needed to become proficient depends on the individuals’ attitude and ability to learn along with our hands on training.
- We will start the individual at 16/hour for one month **minimum**
- Paid training
- Once operational basics have been established, we will begin the supervisor training (2 - 3 months)

Most people can learn the physical work required but can fall short on:
- Creating a connection with other team members
- Knowing how to think; doing the right thing at the right time
- Being diplomatic with customers and in conversations as needed
- Leadership behaviours: humility, curiosity, positive attitude
- Mainly, being able to take responsibility 100%
We are looking for the right individual who is self-started and would like to grow into a leadership role where there is autonomy to operate the business with the highest amount of integrity for all that’re involved.
**Requirements**:
- Driver’s license and **vehicle **required for the job
- Flexibility in workdays when learning
- Adaptability
- Being physically fit (work can be laborious)
- Proficiency in English
- Management
- Train, motivate, and mentor staff members.
**Salary**: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
