Driver/Customer Service Representative

Hala Motors is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Driver/Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our clients. As the face of our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and delivering an outstanding experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safe and Efficient Transportation: Safely operate company vehicles to transport customers to their desired destinations in a timely manner, adhering to all traffic regulations and safety standards.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with luggage or packages, and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable ride.
- Route Planning and Navigation: Utilize GPS and other navigational tools to plan the most efficient routes, considering traffic conditions, road closures, and customer preferences.

Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of the assigned vehicle, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition. Report any mechanical issues or concerns promptly.
Knowledge of Services: Maintain a thorough understanding of company services, promotions, and policies to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, striving for a swift resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and customer feedback. Prepare and submit necessary reports or paperwork as required.

Professionalism and Appearance: Present yourself in a professional manner, adhering to the company dress code and grooming standards at all times.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including dispatchers and customer service representatives, to ensure seamless coordination and a cohesive customer experience.

**Salary**: $50.00-$100.00 per day
