A titre de technicien(ne) en relations de travail, vous coordonnez les mouvements du personnel syndiqué et remplissez les tâches techniques et administratives afférentes. Vous assurez la vigie relative à ces mouvements, en respect des paramètres des conventions, politiques et directives en lien avec les relations de travail.

Vous offrez, en respect des dispositions prévues aux conventions collectives en vigueur, des services, de l'information, des clarifications et du soutien, aux employés syndiqués, aux gestionnaires et aux partenaires d’affaires en ressources humaines.

Vous vous réalisez dans les tâches et fonctions suivantes:

- Procéder aux affichages de postes, analyses, démarches et suivis requis avec les employés et les gestionnaires ainsi qu'à la nomination des employés, le cas échéant, et assumer les tâches administratives et techniques connexes;
- Agir à titre de représentant de la Société auprès des employés syndiqués relativement à certaines questions touchant les relations de travail;
- Procéder au calcul de l’ajustement salarial lorsqu’un employé est appelé à effectuer un autre emploi occasionnel au sein de l’unité d’accréditation, et/ou faire le suivi pour le traitement à la paie;
- Procéder au traitement des demandes de temps partiel, de retraite progressive et d’adhésion syndicale;
- Siéger sur certains comités de relations de travail et en faire les comptes-rendus;
- Assurer la gestion des libérations syndicales des exécutifs syndicaux;
- Procéder à la gestion de la liste de rappel, aux tirages au sort lorsque requis, conformément aux dispositions prévues à la convention collective.

Vos qualifications et vos talents:

- DEC dans une discipline pertinente
- Minimum de 4 années d’expérience pertinente
- Intérêt à développer ses connaissances en relations de travail
- Très bonne connaissance de la langue française, parlée et écrite
- Connaissance de la langue anglaise, parlée et écrite (niveau fonctionnel)
- Maîtrise des principaux logiciels de la suite Office
