Reporting to the Team Leader, the Inspector - Labourer visually inspects wood poles and performs some or all of the following duties

Move around the field (by vehicle or on foot) on a daily basis to the location of the networks;
Visually inspect the wood poles;
Take measurements with an optical rangefinder (laser);
Make a judgment on the overall quality of the structure using software;
Use a laptop, or tablet computer to capture and transmit information taken in the field;
Treat wood posts, if necessary, by drilling and inserting fungicides;
May be assigned other related duties.

Here is a golden opportunity to discover the wonderful landscapes of the Province of Quebec. The work will take place in different regions of the province and you will have the opportunity to travel from April to November with your teammate throughout Quebec on stays of 5 to 15 days.

**Requirements**:
What I need

1 to 2 years experience in the job market;
No pre-requisite academic requirements, but studies in the fields of geomatics, surveying, and/or topography or forestry will be considered an advantage;
Availability to work during short stays ranging from 5 to 15 days in different regions of Quebec;
A valid driver's license is an asset.
