**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Key Account Manager, the Analyst is responsible for providing support to the Poultry sales teams by providing analytical reports, creation of meeting presentations, processing of orders, assisting with logistics, and other duties as required.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Accountable for providing support to the Commodity and Export Sales team.
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining various reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and developing presentations and market data to support the Poultry Value Chain.
- Preparing Inventory Summary report of exports, commodities, and internal raw materials.
- Accountable for the order process including, moving inventory, entering orders, notifying orders for pick-up, booking loads and following-up on orders
- Accountable for preparing information to support government requirements and commitments and posting all relevant information on government website.
- Coordinate the logistics arrangements for customers (eg. setting up ship dates). Ensure that all relevant spreadsheets are updated in accordance with MDP and Turkey Regrow Program.
- Complete paper filing as required, ensuring that all necessary documents are retained for export audits.
- Preparing sales agreements, proposals, and freezer inventory analysis for commodity and exports company-wide
- Responsible for placing orders for chicken and turkey
- Working closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commodity teams to maximize the efficiency of trucks, both internally within Sofina and to the customer.
- Working closely with Logistics companies and customers to resolve any issues regarding late shipments, delivery issues, following up on deliveries etc.
- Responsible for tracking and resolving customer issues, and, elevating if necessary.
- Accountable to update and maintain sales and pricing sheets.

**Requirements**:

- University Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a business or marketing role.
- Superior analytical and communication skills.
