Responsibilities may include:

- Participates in reviews and approvals of draft contracts during the bid phase.
- Perform contract/subcontract review, negotiate and draft contracts/subcontracts and interface with customer/vendor contracting personnel.
- Works with project management, sales, finance, and procurement teams as well as the legal department to manage and structure contracts.
- Analyzes contracts to ensure compliance with company policy, government specifications and other requirements.
- Takes proper action to administer and close out the contract in accordance with applicable procedures at the conclusion of all activity.
- Ensures the timely communication of contract information with management and other stakeholders and maintains complete and accurate contract files.

Qualifications Required:

- A quick and efficient learner with strong forensic attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Demonstrate the ability to work with deadlines and under pressure.
- An ability to think innovatively and creatively.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong sense of character, honesty, and teamwork.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years contracts/legal experience.

**Nice To Haves**:

- Experience in addressing contractual issues in cloud, data security, privacy, and intellectual property matters.
- Experience with SaaS, cloud computing, and software sales.
- Experience with construction or public sector contracts.
