**Implementation Process Specialist**

We are experiencing some exciting growth as an organization with new business implementations being one of our biggest differentiators in the industry. We know that a smooth implementation is one of the more important experiences our clients can have with us, with each implementation being as unique as each of our clients. For this role, we need someone that can offer that white-glove service to our clients, while effectively coordinating multiple stakeholders in order to get each piece delivered on time.

This position is a full-time, permanent position working on-site, in-person in Edmonton, AB.

**(Some of) What You’ll be Doing**:

- New business implementation project management including oversight and accountability of new client implementation projects
- Ownership of the full implementation cycle ensuring all operational requirements are met
- Act as the key contact person for Effortless Admin implementation activities
- Lead regular multi-stakeholder implementation meetings
- Ensure implementation timelines are being met
- Provide exceptional service to all stakeholders
- Configure plan designs, billings and manage employee onboarding
- Manage the successful handoff from implementation to ongoing benefits administration
- Support our development team in continuously improving the software through user acceptance testing, bug identification and product refinement

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Eagerness to learn, a detail-oriented mindset, and a creative and collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Exceptional client relation skills
- Prior experience in project management or similar role
- University degree or equivalent
- Familiarity with the group benefits industry or a closely related field is an asset
