**Role Overview**:
The E-commerce & Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Shopify platform, ensuring accurate and appealing product listings, driving growth through strategic e-commerce initiatives, and managing our Google Ads campaigns to maximize online visibility and sales. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, best practices, and digital advertising.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Shopify Management**:

- Oversee the daily operation and management of our Shopify stores.
- Set up new products, update existing listings, and ensure all product information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Implement and manage Shopify apps and integrations to enhance functionality and performance.

**Internal Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the whole team to ensure the timely delivery of assets (imagery, copy, pricing) required for product listings.
- Coordinate product launches and promotions, ensuring all necessary components are in place and deadlines are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for e-commerce-related queries and issues within the company.

**Growth and Expansion**:

- Identify and leverage opportunities for expanding our online presence, including the use of third-party apps and new e-commerce strategies.
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and execute initiatives aimed at increasing traffic, conversion rates, and overall sales.

**Product Management**:

- Manage the entire product lifecycle from initial setup to regular updates and eventual clearance.
- Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure data accuracy, clean up outdated SKUs, and manage inventory effectively.
- Organize and maintain product data and assets in spreadsheets and other tools for easy access and management.

**User Experience Optimization**:

- Optimize the e-commerce website for both mobile and desktop users, ensuring a seamless and intuitive shopping experience.
- Implement UX/UI best practices to enhance site navigation, product discovery, and checkout processes.
- Analyze user behavior data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

**SEO Management**:

- Develop and execute technical SEO strategies to improve site visibility and ranking on search engines.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities to drive organic traffic.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

**Google Ads Management**:

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and increase online sales.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to optimize ad copy and targeting.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting bids, ad copy, and targeting for optimal results.
- Utilize Google Ads tools and analytics to report on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in Google Ads and digital advertising.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Experience with AllValu e-commerce platform.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Shopify platforms or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Proven track record in e-commerce, including product management, SEO, and UX optimization.
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns with demonstrable results.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and online retail strategies.
- Proficiency in using Shopify, including app integrations and theme customization.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with implementing SEO strategies.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to conduct detailed product research and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, including campaign setup, keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance analysis.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with third-party e-commerce tools and apps.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.
- Experience in a similar role within the e-commerce industry.
