Frameworth certainly has a well-established online brand, but we feel there is still a large amount of room for growth.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced individual to use their expertise to take ownership over our digital directives and oversee a sweeping, large-scale increase in our online presence.


Frameworth is looking for a new head of our E-commerce department who can use their broad expertise and knowledge of online trends to bolster our directive of growing our company's presence across the digital landscape.


We want to partner with someone whose experience lends itself to developing a top-down plan for everything from organic exposure of our website through SEO, Google Analytics, and partnered social media growth, to the technical framework of incorporating Google Adwords, PPC, Meta Business Suite, E-mail marketing (Klaviyo), Shopify Plus, and our further integrated tech stack.


What you'll do as our E-Commerce Manager:

  • Use a combination of your direct experience with, or knowledge of, all aspects of digital growth and e-commerce development to oversee and maintain the daily responsibilities of key staff members within your department, and steer them towards our common objectives.
  • Work closely with our existing department and our management team in order to develop an understanding our specific short and long term goals, then help shape and oversee their execution.
  • Leading a team of dedicated individuals and liaising with external departments, familiarize yourself with our current tech stack and online presence to develop and execute a roadmap to best achieve these goals.
  • Assign resources,develop and maintain ongoing systems to ensure the progress towards our vision for growth is achieved.
  • Using KPI analytics, provide regular updates to key management members in order to track our ongoing goals. Using this information, tweak our processes and systems as needed to maintain progress and growth.
  • Run A/B tests and measure improvements to conversion and other KPIs
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities to improve the website and increase sales
  • Ability to design assets for use in marketing elements (Web banners, eblasts, social media, etc.) is an asset.

Minimum Qualifications/Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in the eCommerce growth and management space
  • Knowledge and experience in the complete range of ecommerce platforms and processes.
  • Experience with our current tech stack is a plus (Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta Business Suite, Google Adwords, Netsuite, Yotpo)
  • Strong vision for achieving growth in all facets of ecommerce (including marketing, social media, PPC ads, and overall philosophy)
  • Strong background in Google Analytics for website performance benchmarking, monitoring and improving (conversion rate, page speed, time on site, cart value etc)
  • Strong computer skills including technical problem solving and advanced Excel processes
  • Ability to organize and manage a team in a fast paced, everchanging environment
  • Ability to plan for the future with a willingness and ability to embrace short notice change to accommodate time sensitive events
