We are in search of a target-driven **Area Sales Manager** for our subsidiary, **LendCare Capital Inc.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve targeted area volume goals through a disciplined sales approach and by providing outstanding levels of service to LendCare's dealer partners
- You will engage and maintain both active and inactive clientele integrating them into the LendCare partnership programs
- Dealer partner outbound call communication throughout the day to assist dealers in processing loan documents, meeting credit stipulations, and facilitating document requirements in order to achieve sales targets
- Effectively communicate competitive advantages on a transactional and broad basis to ensure proper product positioning within dealerships

Skill Requirements:

- Bilingual French & English required
- Must have automotive finance experience
- Previous F & I or credit experience is an asset
- Highly motivated and goal oriented
- Proven sales record
- Must have strong communication skills both written and verbally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and pleasant telephone manner
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work in our Montreal, QC office from 9PM-5PM Monday to Friday

**Responsabilités**:

- Atteindre les objectifs de volume dans les zones ciblées grâce à une approche de vente disciplinée et en fournissant des niveaux de service exceptionnels aux concessions partenaires de LendCare
- Vous allez engager et maintenir une clientèle active et inactive en l'intégrant dans les programmes de partenariat LendCare
- Communication avec les partenaires des concessionnaires par appels sortants tout au long de la journée pour aider les concessionnaires à traiter les documents de prêt, à respecter les conditions de crédit et à faciliter les exigences en matière de documents afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente
- Poursuivre la croissance du marché dans la zone de marché attribuée aux courtiers partenaires conformément aux objectifs de croissance convenus en : gérant le volume, le flux et le rendement d'un pipeline de demandes de prêts de courtiers ; en maintenant un suivi efficace avec les courtiers existants et en mettant à jour les informations sur les courtiers ou les contacts de manière précise et en temps utile
- Communiquer effectivement les avantages concurrentiels sur une base transactionnelle et générale afin de garantir un positionnement correct des produits au sein des concessionnaires.

- Expérience antérieure en matière de financement automobile
- Une expérience antérieure en matière de F & I ou de crédit est un atout
