**_DUTIES _**
as well as the general public and the Enrolment Services Office. The range of services that the Information Specialist provides is wide
and varied. These services include answering enquiries about student records, admissions, registration, transcripts, and other Enrolment
Services supports, while also providing general guidance on University College of the North (UCN) guidelines, policies and processes.

**_REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS _**:

- Office Assistant program graduate or equivalent with minimum two years related office support and administrative experience
- preferably in a post-secondary institution a combination of education or experience will be considered- Effective customer service experience
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective problem solving and analytical thinking
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment and independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability lo multi-task and work effectively in a highly interruptive environment
- Demonstrated competence with attention to detail
- Excellent attendance and punctuality are critical
- Commitment to life-long learning
