Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a great opportunity to utilize your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Duties**:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Handle escalated customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries or issues have been resolved
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing solutions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems

Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
