**JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepares, organizes, and loads custom product into installer vans
- Reviews project paperwork and ensures all supplies and materials are ready for installation
- Drives installer van to jobsites, ensuring the integrity of the product is maintained throughout transport
- Analyzes the jobsite to determine best course of action regarding transfer of materials and equipment handling
- Communicates client payment information to the customer service team
- Accurately interprets blueprints and drawings for the purpose of installing cabinetry
- Works either individually or with other team members, using a variety of hand and power tools to install cabinetry
- Maintains a positive demeanor with the client, addressing concerns and answering questions in a polite and respectful manner
- Ensures a safe and clean worksite at all times; conducts a final clean of the worksite upon completion of the installation
- Completes all necessary paperwork in a timely manner
- Upholds the Company values of quality, accountability, integrity, attention to detail, pride, and customer care

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous experience in cabinet installation, cabinet making, or a related trade
- Valid G Class driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
- Must be able to provide a satisfactory criminal record check
- Ability to operate standard hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to regularly lift upwards of 50lbs
