**ABOUT FLO AND THE ESG JOURNEY**

While we are early in our corporate ESG journey, FLO was founded to fight climate change by delivering the best EV charging experience, which helps drivers switch to EVs by reducing their transportation emissions. FLO takes the implementation and tracking of its ESG impacts seriously. FLO is lucky to work with highly skilled external consultants on its ESG strategy and reporting. We believe this new role will provide a high level of support and a great experience for an interested ESG professional.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Support corporate ESG strategy and initiatives.
- Work with our Analytics and Data Governance team to create dashboards from collected data that make ESG reporting quicker and more actionable.
- Coordinate responses to ESG inquiries from different external partners by working to populate ESG trackers (Excel) and fielding and tracking all ESG questions and responses to each inquiry.
- Recommend and develop processes, tools and suggest improvements to support ESG engagement and best practices.
- Support the development and review of FLO’s ESG report.
- Contribute to process implementation and continuous improvements in GHG emissions data collection, calculations, and reporting.
- Support the Communications team including translation coordination, budget tracking, holiday celebrations, etc.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You are passionate about ESG, sustainability, and climate change;
- 1-3 years of experience in a Coordinator role in ESG, communications or a similar experience;
- Proven Ability to foster inclusive and creative collaboration internally and externally to create successful outcomes;
- Strong attention to detail, great judgment and strong organizational skills;
- A can-do and collaborative approach to ideation and execution;
- Excellent communication skills with a propensity to write in a clear and concise manner;
- Ability to present ideas clearly and convey points effectively, with the appropriate tone and professionalism;
- High degree of initiative, proactiveness, enthusiasm, and follow through;
- Strong interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude;

**NICE TO HAVE**
- Experience with, or willingness to learn about reporting frameworks such as GRI, SASB, CSRD, and ISSB;
- Be the lucky driver of an electric car;
- Bilingual (French & English).
