**What** will your days with us be like?**
- Develop and implement communication plans
- Produce various communications pieces for the media (press releases, pitches, Q&A documents, etc.)
- Prepare, revise and send communications to an internal audience
- Respond to media requests
- Create and update website content
- Collaborate in the creation of content for social media
- Write and coordinate the production and mailing of a monthly newsletter
- Conduct strategic and media monitoring
- Contribute to and coordinate various internal communications activities
**What do you need to be a Communications Coordinator with us?**
- Bachelor's degree in public communications or marketing
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the communications field
- Strong writing skills and ability to design and write relevant documents (impeccable French)
- Ability to work under pressure, manage projects independently and work on several files at the same time
- Demonstrate creativity, versatility, dynamism, thoroughness, autonomy, organizational skills and initiative
- Knowledge of MS Office software
- Knowledge of real estate (an asset)
- Enjoy teamwork
- Have a sense of responsibility
- Be innovative and creative
