As our Services Fulfilment Manager you will be focused on fulfilling Operational Rhythms and Operational Excellence requirements for Canada. The purpose of the role is to meet customers operational requirements by managing resources, forecasting needs, and talent development to unlock growth opportunities.
As a Services Fulfilment Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Reactivating services growth, pricing, forecasting, billing to achieve financial targets
- Ensuring operational alignment with planning and KPI's to optimize inventory and process improvements
- Influencing and developing talent in the team to the required skill and knowledge base to deliver services
- Managing and communicating customer orders from initial inquiry through to order completion
- Developing trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and growth opportunities
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and knowledge of Bently Nevada services or extensive experience in services delivery within a relevant environment
- Have a track record of delivering & fulfilling services to Energy & Power customers within the region
- Be familiar with achieving operational KPIs: response, quality, financial, and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and coordinate team resources
- Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
- Have fluency in English
- Be proficient in MS Office and SAP
- Have the ability to travel to customer sites or required locations within the region, sometimes at short notice
