The GO Expansion scope : new electriclocomotives, fl eet upgrades, train control systems, network electrifi cation, signalling, telecommunications anddigital systems, maintenance, and much more.

We are currently looking for an HSE Assistant to join the Health, Safety and Environment team of the Alstom Go Expansion project.

This administrative position is based at the Office located in Toronto with some possibility of Hybrid work.

You will be responsible for following up and archiving all HSE documents, managing PPE, producing monthly reports and KPI, performing office emergency equipment inspection’s, booking, and scheduling trainings, billing, and other related task.

- Training Attendance Sheets
- General Safety Documentation
- PPE & Safety Supply Requests
- EHS Meeting Minutes
- Safety Manual and Procedure Revision Admin

**PPE & Safety Supply Management**
- Place Orders
- Receive / Store/ Monitor
- Provide to workers
- PPE Inventory
- Billing

**Monthly inspection**
- Safety Kits
- Fire extinguishers
- Defibrillators
- Other as assigned

**Competencies & Skills**
- Experience on construction site, preferred
- Experience between 2 and 5 years in Envornment, Heath & Safety, preferred
- Teamwork
- People skills
- Initiative and action driven
- Communication skills
- Analytic thinking, rigorous mindset
- Good computer skills

You have a strong interest in administrative tasks? You have rigor, computer skills (Word, EXCEL, OUTLOOK), good written English and show initiative? Familiar with Sharepoint and Aconex an asset or willingness to learn. You want to be part of a dynamic team while contributing to a significant project for the Go Expansion project?
