Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a variety of recreational programs tailored to the needs and interests of participants.
- Facilitate leisure activities, including arts and crafts, sports, music therapy, and social outings.
- Coordinate volunteer opportunities within the community to promote social integration and skill development.
- Provide support and assistance to participants in developing culinary skills and promoting healthy eating habits.
- Assist participants in developing and practicing self-help and life skills, including personal hygiene, communication, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create individualized care plans and monitor progress.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during program activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports on participant progress and program outcomes.
- Stay current on trends and best practices in recreation therapy and neurological disorders.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Recreation and Leisure Services or related field.
- Previous experience working with individuals with neurological disorders preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Clear criminal record check.
