Tool Rental Associate

**Responsibilities**:
Greet customers and assist them in renting tools and equipment.
Provide information about products, including features, specifications, and rental procedures.
Process rental transactions accurately and efficiently using our rental software.
Inspect tools and equipment before and after rental to ensure they are in good working condition.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rental area.
Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Promote and upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer's rental experience.
Collaborate with team members to achieve rental department goals and targets.
**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred.
Knowledge of tools and equipment commonly used in construction, home improvement, or landscaping is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with rental software is preferred.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) on a regular basis.
Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Work in a variety of weather conditions, as some tasks may be performed outdoors.
Pay: $16.55-$25.00 per hour
