Looking for a Head Chef

Permanent Full Time 37h/week

**Salary**: 27$/h

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and cooking in the kitchen
- Create and develop new menu items and recipes
- Ensure that food is prepared and presented in accordance with quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan menus, specials, and promotions
- Manage food costs and budget effectively

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or culinary establishment
- Extensive knowledge of food handling, cooking techniques, and food preparation methods
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in restaurant management is preferred but not required
- Bartending experience is a plus
