This course will teach students how to assist the HRM in determining and planning training needs. Students will learn to abide by and plan training according to The Act to Promote Workforce Skills Development and Recognition. Office system technology standards related to staffing tools are applied.

**Required Qualifications**:
Must have a thorough knowledge of human resource management and demonstrated experience in employee training.
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management with a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience or bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in human resources. Experience teaching an adult clientele in a similar program is an asset.

**Comments**:
This course will be delivered in a face-to-face format (synchronous); classes will be taught onsite from the College.
