**What you will be doing**:
As the Events Coordinator, you’ll ‘wear a few hats’ around the winery and beyond. This position requires an individual to be a self-starter who is willing to be flexible and jump into work wherever needed. In this newly-created role you will draw on your creative, organizational and prospecting prowess to create, organize and execute a compelling portfolio of best-in-class private and public events.

**What you bring to the team**:

- 2 years’ experience in the event coordination field
- Positive demeanor and team player
- A proven track record of organizing successful events
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent supplier/vendor management relations
- Articulate, outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Excellent listener; a natural at uncovering client and partner needs
- Well-organized with superior multi-tasking skills, attention to detail is a critical competency
- Ability to maintain composure under stress, while maintaining a customer-service mindset
- Creative problem-solving/conflict resolution ability
- Flexibility is essential in this role; we work the hours our business dictates
- Degree/diploma in hospitality management/operations, public relations or relevant field is preferred, all relevant experiences will be considered
- Established relationships with local vendors is a plus
- Smart Serve certification, special consideration for wine education

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
