**Site**: Residential Condominiums in and around the GTA

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Compensation rate**: $18.00 plus bonus eligible

**For insurance purposes, applicants must be over 25 years old and MUST possess a valid G Class Driver's License**

**If you have the following**:

- A Valid Security Guard License
- A valid, clean G class Driver’s License
- A Valid Emergency First Aid/CPR
- Ability to safely operate and maintain a Pennine Security Solutions Patrol Vehicle
- Ability to work effectively and handle multiple situations simultaneously
- Ability to walk, run, stand for long periods of time, climbing stairs and lifting objects (30 to 45 Lbs
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and Ability to de-escalate situations effectively
- Exceptional report writing and communication skills
- Ability to conduct inspections of staff (Quality Control), which include, but not limited to uniforms, hygiene, reports, patrols, customer service etc.
- Ability to administer counseling or disciplinary actions that have been initiated by office management
- Excellent knowledge of security procedures & protocols
- Keen surveillance/observational skills
- Keep calm in an emergency
- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
- Good computer skills
- Able to work in all weather conditions
