Greater Toronto Area, Canada Pennine Security Solutions Full time

Your primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Safely operate and maintain a Pennine Security Solutions Patrol Vehicle.
- Coordinate as needed security guards schedules, vacations and sick time coverage in order to manage overtime, and report payroll inquiries; adjust staffing schedules as needed during your working hours.
- Work in close collaboration with the other Mobile Supervisor to ensure smooth and consistent site operations and communication.
- Respond to call-offs that occur during your shift, which may include identifying other individuals to fill-in and/or standing post until such replacement arrives.
- Communicate and coordinate with management **ALL**staffing, scheduling, equipment, record keeping and related matters to ensure smooth delivery of service. Identify any personal problems occurring at sites, such as payroll issues, employee relations, complaints or other concerns in a Daily Report which is to be sent to both Erica Williams and the Operations Manager (Template to be provided) and a weekly report for each individual site which must be sent to the property manager.
- Visit site locations on a regular basis to monitor performance, address daily operations issues, communicate policy changes or company information
- Conduct inspections of staff (Quality Control), which include, but not limited to uniforms, hygiene, reports, patrols, customer service etc.
- Administer counselling or disciplinary actions that have been initiated by office management. Supervisors may or may not initiate such decisions on his/her own, but may execute such actions at the specific direction of office management
- Act in a guard capacity as requested by Pennine Security Solutions management on an as-needed basis for an undefined period of time, based on business needs. This may include long term assignments to specific posts or various posts, as the need arises.
- Ensure staff compliance with organization site post orders and company regulations.
- Ensure that all administrational documents and training information is being properly maintained and updated.
- Add/Remove employees as needed on Front Desk, BuildingLink or other software Pennine employees may use at the sites.
- Check site software on a regular basis to be familiar with incidents and issues that have been reported by the staff. Bring to managements attention any severe problems or occurrences that need to be known.
- Distribute uniforms, equipment and information to sites as directed by management, which may include communicating such information to Security Guards at sites or obtaining signed acknowledgements or other documents to management.
- Train new employees as needed and help coordinate and hold training sessions as needed.
- Conduct proactive security patrols of the property observing for suspicious or criminal behaviour. This includes foot patrol and vehicle based patrols. (In the event of an Emergency).
- Ensure security duties are carried out in compliance with all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
- Supervise and coordinate **ALL** Special Events
- Attend Pennine Managers Meetings bi-weekly or per month basis
- May be required to participate in internal investigations and/or evidence collection.
- Assist with office duties from time to time and adjust to new duties and responsibilities as required.

- Previous experience in law enforcement, security, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment, CCTV systems, and access control systems
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 44 per week
