Position is Part-Time,

Normal Office hours of 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answer phones and respond to Customer requests
- Receive and sort mail and packages for mailbox holders
- Process package drop-offs and pick-ups
- Assist customers with processing shipping forms and customs invoices
- Identify, Research, and Resolve customer issues through efficient communication and excellent client service

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong written and oral communication skills, with pleasant and professional phone etiquette
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team player

**Salary**: $15.50 to $17.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

Job Duties:

- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Record and modify customer information within the database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
