**Company Overview**:
Join our fast and growing team at Alpha 1 location in downtown and now open in the west end of Ottawa. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As anCustomer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks while providing outstanding service and support. Your responsibilities will include:

- Now hiring both full time and part time customer service staff.
- Greeting and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving any issues or complaints efficiently.
- Managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinating with various internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases and records.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and light cleaning.
- Great hourly rate plus tips.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
