**LOCATION**:170 Southgate Drive Guelph, ON

**SHIFT SCHEDULE**:Full-Time, Monday to Friday - Afternoons Shift (3:00pm to 11:30pm)

**PAY**: $19-$20 per hour

**SUMMARY**:
The Operations Team Member, reporting into the Operations Care Center Manager, is responsible for the cremation process, which includes operating the crematory, processing and packaging cremated remains.

**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Packing finalized products and ensure accuracy of orders before leaving facility.
- Complete all assigned Quality checks
- Participate in training and cross training, improvement initiatives including health and safety and quality improvement
- Perform basic cleaning and housekeeping activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Use all required safety equipment, e.g. Safety-toed shoes, safety glasses /goggles, etc.
- Follow safety procedures to protect themselves and others from exposure to hazardous materials or dust particles.
- Other duties as assigned.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:
**Education, Experience and Training**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a service industry

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Regularly bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, sitting, repetitive motion, hand/wrist/finger motion
- Regular lifting/moving up to 50lbs.
- May be exposed to elevated noise levels.
- May be exposed to elevated heat levels.
