Part Time Employment Opportunity **COMPETITION #GC032/23-24**

Reporting to the Gaming Centre Manager, the Gaming Centre Dealer is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests by dealing card games and providing gaming enjoyment while maintaining a high degree of security and integrity at the table.

**Duties**:

- Open Tables
- Deal Cards
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Close Tables
- Encourages a climate that supports diversity.
- Work as a Gaming Centre Attendant as required
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Primary Qualifications**:

- Prior work experience in customer service and cash handling.
- Excellent mathematical skills.
- The incumbent must have already successfully completed Blackjack training.
- Successful completion of Roulette training
- Must obtain a minimum of 85% in the written test and successfully complete a table test.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts based on the requirements of a 24 hour per day, seven day per week operation.
- The key accountabilities for this position include adapting to new changing conditions in a positive manner, communicating and working respectfully with co-workers, consistently delivering excellence in customer service, demonstrating appropriate job knowledge, following direction from leadership on assigned tasks, following established Safe Work policies and practices, following Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries’ policies and procedures, meeting the established attendance expectations, meeting the productivity performance expectations and taking accountability for actions.

**Secondary Qualifications**:

- Bilingual (French/English) language skills.
