The products we sell are literally AMAZINGWHAT’S IN STORE FOR YOUReporting to the Director of Sales for Ontario and Western Canada, you will participate in our continued growth by building lasting, trust-based business relationships with our customers (dealers), supporting them in their sales operations and identifying development potential in the powersports industry.Here's an overview of your future tasks:Visit, advise, support and promote Kimpex products to our customers on a regular basisImplement sales growth strategies with each customerIdentify and contact potential customers, target new business opportunities and close strategic dealsParticipate in customer events, sales meetings and various motorsports showsKeep organized records and track progress using various tools (CRM, Excel, route management tool, etc.)WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORPost-secondary diploma in administration or equivalent experienceRelevant experience in sales management, ideally as a district sales managerPassionate about the powersports industry (ATV, motorcycle, snowmobile, marine and ebike)Comfortable using a CRM and the Office suiteValid driver's license and passportMust reside and be willing to travel within the territory (frequent travel, often requiring hotel accommodation)WHY JOIN US?Temporary full-time position with possibility of extension, Monday to Friday, with some exceptions (e.g. during motorsports shows and retailer open-house events on weekends)A passionate, attentive team committed to excellence5 sick or family leaves per yearGroup insurance (various plans adapted to your needs)RRSP with employer contributionEmployee and family assistance program#Kimpex2024A word from the managerBy focusing on building long-lasting and trust-based business relationships with our clients, my team is changing the game in the powersports industry.
