**Accounts Payable Clerk **to join our Accounts Payable team. Reporting to our Accounts Payable Supervisor, this role is responsible for the timely and accurate entry of high volume of invoices to process payments and reviewing data entry for dealer billings to ensure accuracy of entry.

**What you’ll do**:

- Enter high volume of invoices with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Create Accounts Receivable invoices to manually charge the dealer owners.
- Perform daily balancing process for the AP invoice entry team.
- Review supplier statements as necessary.
- Assist with other administrative related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
- Review Dealer billing, compare to AP invoice, to ensure data entry is correct.
- Ensure Dealer Owners are charged upcharges by sales codes.
- Check invoice terms and taxes for both Dealer Owners and Suppliers.
- File Accounts Payable invoices and maintain the vendor files.

**What we’re looking for**:

- High School Diploma or GED, with two (2) years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, MS Teams). Knowledge of an ERP system or Oracle Financials is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Federal and Provincial Sales Taxes.
- Ability to work independently and effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of initiative, diligence, attention to detail, and self-discipline is essential.
