**Major Responsibilities**:

- Sort and match; purchase orders, packing slips & invoices
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all supplier and sub-contract invoices (2-3 thousand per month) and employee expense claims.
- Supplier account maintenance
- Process EFT/cheque payment runs in a timely manner
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Coding invoices & Filing
- Processing discount batches
- Monitor payment process: ensure appropriate approval authority, general ledger coding, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Perform vendor account analysis and prepare reports for management

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum College level Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration.
- A minimum of 1 year experience, in a similar role.
- Experience in Construction Industry an asset
- Ability to communicate and work with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and guidance.
- Strong analytical and accounting skills.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
