- **General description**:
We are recruiting a PMO Project Analyst to work in our company, carrying out and interfacing the administrative, financial and commercial areas
In addition to participating in the construction and development of improvements, contributing to the prosperity of Abgi's growth.

Degree in Engineering, Administration, Technology, Finance and/or related areas;
Experience in project management, working as a PMO;
Solid knowledge of Project Management Methodologies;
Postgraduate degree in Project Management desirable
Proficiency in Office Package - Power Point, Excel, Word, Power BI, etc.
Intermediary English and fluent French

**Activity Developed**:

- Monitor, together with the teams involved, the planning of new Organization Projects, responsible for the financial PMO of the consulting projects
- documenting the information covered in meetings in reports, ensuring consistency between scope, resources and deadlines for the effective development of the project;
- connect finance, sales, and consulting to guarantee agile and consistent WIP
- Preparing the financiais bases for WIP (prepare the time report; update the invoice issuance and payment date; revision and contract value adjustments)
- Conciliation between Salesforce and WIP.
- Organize the delivery schedule for the project stages together with the teams, measuring compliance with expected deadlines and goals through indicators, ensuring the flow of planning and execution of work;
Work with project management methodologies and closing contracts
- Check on the new projects on Salesforce (proposal data, cost center, type of service, revenue and invoices);
- Monitoring and a weekly update of invoice issuance (approval, update of postponement/cancellation) and alignment with finance;
- Monitoring the physical financial schedule of external and internal projects;
- Monitor the development and performance of projects with the teams, analyzing what was planned and carried out, identifying possible deviations in relation to what was planned to update the status report, scoring risk situations, communicating critical situations and guiding those responsible for impacts at least a schedule proposing contingency actions so as not to interfere with project performance.
