**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. **Job description**:
We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our **Information Systems & Digital, Telecom, Life Sciences and Engineering** team in Montreal**. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.
You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as Project Controller Officer.
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Define, plan, and direct the execution of assigned integration projects for our IT customers (Commercial and Affiliate stakeholders) while balancing the competing demands of scope, time, cost, quality, resources, and risk to produce a high-quality product
- Ensure project objectives/requirements are clear and agreed to by all stakeholders
- Facilitate project management activities across the entire project management methodology: ensure successful and timely completion of deliverables, track progress against baseline schedule, manage project priorities and ensure adherence to the agreed scope
- Proactively conduct risk and issue management planning, identification, analysis and monitoring on projects; formulate risk and issue mitigation strategies, recommend and implement solution
**Qualifications**:
- College degree in computer science, administration or related field
- At least five (5) years of experience in project management as a PCO
- Demonstrate good analytical skills
- Must be proactive and demonstrate leadership in the PCO role
- Professional certification (CAPM/PMP) an asset
- Must be customer and success oriented, detail oriented and quality oriented
- Behave with integrity
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Technical knowledge an asset: Planview, Advanced Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI
