Job Description: We are currently seeking talented and driven Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team at EXIT Integrity Realty. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a commission-based position that offers unlimited earning potential for individuals who are motivated and dedicated to their success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and goals
- Conduct property showings and provide guidance to buyers on market trends, property values, and financing options
- Assist sellers with listing presentations, market analysis, and strategic pricing strategies
- Collaborate with clients to negotiate purchase agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the buying or selling process
- Network and prospect for new clients through various channels, including referrals, online platforms, and community events
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

- Valid Real Estate License in Ontario
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or a strong desire to start a successful career in real estate
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Cambridge and surrounding areas is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in real estate software and online platforms
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
