**LE RÔLE : COORDONNATEUR(TRICE) DES RESSOURCES HUMAINES**

En tant que coordonnateur(trice) RH, vous serez un acteur clé dans le soutien et le développement de nos employés à travers les divisions du Groupe Rinox (150 à 200 employés). Ce poste varié combine recrutement, intégration, relations avec les employés et soutien stratégique, avec des déplacements occasionnels dans nos différentes usines.

**RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES**
- Soutenir les fonctions RH : recrutement, intégration, gestion de la performance et relations employé-entreprise.
- Mener des entretiens individuels pour la rétention et le développement des talents.
- Gérer les dossiers des employés et veiller à l’exactitude des données dans les systèmes RH (Zoho People).
- Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des politiques RH, des initiatives de formation et de santé/sécurité.
- Garantir la conformité avec les lois du travail locales et soutenir la gestion du changement.

**PROFIL IDÉAL**
- Diplôme en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Bilingue (français et anglais).
- 5 ans d’expérience pertinente dans un rôle similaire.
- Maîtrise des systèmes RH (Zoho People ou Autres) et de Microsoft Office.
- Compétences organisationnelles, rigueur et discrétion.
- Expérience avec les plateformes de recrutement (Indeed, Zoho People).

**THE ROLE: HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR**

As the HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and developing our employees across the Rinox Group’s divisions (150 to 200 employees). This multifaceted position combines recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, strategic support, and occasional travel to our facilities.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee-employer relations.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings for talent retention and development.
- Manage employee files and ensure data accuracy in HR systems (Zoho People).
- Contribute to implementing HR policies, training initiatives, and health/safety programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and support change management efforts.

**IDEAL PROFILE**
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Bilingual (French and English).
- 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in HR systems (Zoho people or others) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion.
- Experience with recruitment platforms (Indeed, Zoho People).

**BENEFITS**
