**The Role**

Our flagship clinic launched in Montreal, Quebec in March 2023 - and we are looking for a rockstar Receptionist to join our growing team

Our receptionists play a critical role in helping our medical team deliver exceptional care. Your compassion and positive energy shine through as you greet customers and your attention to detail helps you support clinic operations. You are efficient, organized, collaborative and an excellent communicator.

You will work from our brand new clinic located at 5415 Rue des Jockeys in Montreal, Quebec (just steps from Namur metro).

**Your Responsibilities**
- Greet pet parents, handle inbound phone calls and take ownership of addressing customer requests
- Manage all administrative work, including: scheduling of appointments, tracking/ordering of inventory, and taking/recording of payments
- Liaise with our partners (including suppliers, laboratory services, technology providers) to support seamless day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Assist with other tasks relating to clinic operations, as needed

**Your Qualifications**
- Excellent communications skills (both verbal and written) in both French and English (bilingual)
- Proven ability to multitask, stay organized and work well in a fast paced environment
- Positive and welcoming attitude
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Nos réceptionnistes jouent un rôle essentiel en aidant notre équipe médicale à fournir des soins exceptionnels. Votre compassion et votre énergie positive transparaissent lorsque vous accueillez les clients et votre souci du détail vous aide à soutenir les opérations de la clinique. Vous êtes efficace, organisé, collaboratif et un excellent communicateur.

Vous travaillerez de notre toute nouvelle clinique, située au 5415 Rue des Jockeys à Montréal, Québec (à quelques pas de la station de métro Namur).

**Vos Responsabilités**
- Accueillir les propriétaires d'animaux, gérer les appels téléphoniques entrants et prendre en charge le traitement des demandes des clients
- Gérer toutes les tâches administratives, y compris : la planification des rendez-vous, le suivi/les commandes d'inventaire et la gestion des paiements
- Assurer la liaison avec nos partenaires (y compris les fournisseurs, les services de laboratoire, les fournisseurs de technologie) pour soutenir les opérations quotidiennes de la clinique
- Participer à d'autres tâches liées aux opérations de la clinique, au besoin

**Vos Qualifications**
- Excellentes compétences en communication (à l'oral et à l'écrit) en français et en anglais (bilingue)
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à rester organisé et à bien travailler dans un environnement au ryt
