We are an all-in-one comprehensive care center located in Brampton, Ontario seeking a full-time medical office assistant to join our growing team.

We are seeking someone that takes pride in their everyday work and can offer a safe and trusting environment for our patients and fellow staff members.

We are looking to fill a full time position - 5 days including Saturdays as scheduled. We are open Monday to Saturday.

Required Qualifications:

- Ability to work well independently and efficiently
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills. Experience with Office and Adobe is an asset
- Ability to multitask, take quick direction from supervisors, and prioritize work
- Comfortable with day to day office duties and clinical work (working closely with patients)

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Ensure the clinic area is clean and organized
- Help patients with forms
- Take patient vitals
- Assist cleaning and preparing procedure rooms for the next patient

Starting salary: $2925.00 per month (before taxes)
