We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect pre-owned vehicle to meet their needs and budget. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a passion for automobiles.

**A day in the life**
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their vehicle preferences, budget constraints, and specific requirements
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our pre-owned vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing, to effectively guide customers through their decision-making process
- Arrange and accompany customers on test drives to showcase the features and performance of different vehicles, while addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Collect all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently, and assist customers in negotiating pricing and financing options, providing transparent and accurate information to facilitate a positive buying experience
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the sales process, following up on inquiries, providing updates on vehicle availability, and addressing any post-sale concerns or questions
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team, as well as dealership staff from various departments, to coordinate efforts and achieve overall sales objectives
- Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service before, during, and after the sale, cultivating long-term relationships and generating referrals

**What You Bring To CAG**
- Genuine passion for helping customers find the right vehicle to meet their needs, with a customer-centric approach to sales and service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, build rapport, and convey information in a clear and concise manner
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment, supporting shared goals and objectives

**What We Require From You**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales, marketing, or automotive-related fields is a plus
- Prior experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing outstanding customer service
- Strong knowledge of automotive brands, models, features, and specifications, especially in the pre-owned vehicle segment is an asset
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License with an acceptable Driver's Abstract
- Record of Conduct
