Calgary, Canada Cerebral Palsy Association in Alberta Full time

Responsible for assisting with administrative and program coordination tasks to the Programs and Support Services Team. Work in collaboration with the Programs and Services team to report directly to the Director of Social Inclusion and Support Services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide Administrative Support to Programs and Services team - Work with HighRise and BaseCamp to make sure clients’ contact details are up to date. Collect data for reporting and statistics
- Coordinates new client’s intake process - Receives and enters details to database. Creates and maintains hard copies of clients’ files. Communicates with the team and clients re: missing documents
- Programs’ Coordination support - Cover for Program and Family Liaison when needed
- Coordinates paid membership files - Send out membership reminders. Provides support for new members intake.
- Day to day admin support to Programs' Coordinators, Regional Manager and Social workers - Invoicing, PO's, payments, etc.
- Maintain clients Birthday card / Christmas program.

**Other**:

- Attend team’s and agency meetings
- Complies with CPAA policies and procedures
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Director of Social Inclusion and Support Services
- Time/Schedule flexibility (some programs run in the evenings and on weekends and may require coverage during vacation periods)
- Ability to work with multiple people at all levels in the organization, including persons with disabilities
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and platforms, such as Zoom and Teams
- Comfortable with a wide range of office equipment including, computers/laptops, printers, phones
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team player, enthusiastic, people oriented
- Exceptional communication skills; in-person and over the phone

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma (administrative certification considered an asset)
- 1+ years of related experience working in an administrative environment
- Non -Profit experience would be preferred, but not required
- Class 5 Driver's License required

**Work Conditions**:

- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
- Flexibility required to standard working week (Evenings/Weekends)
- Intermittent physical activity including walking, standing, sitting and lifting
