We are looking for an experienced, proactive and efficient **Project Coordinator** who is a planner by nature, detail oriented and a collaborator - an individual who can build a strong connection between our cross functional teams to ensure project information is flowing efficiently through the process.

**How will we challenge and develop you?**

Your days will be filled with new and exciting challenges and opportunities. You will play a key role in the coordination and efficient flow of project information through the various internal departments starting with order initiation through to shipping, while actively keeping internal and external stakeholders informed of project statuses. You will be an integral connection between our project management and production teams - ensuring projects are scheduled into production efficiently to meet delivery dates.

Reporting to the **Project Management Supervisor**, you will:

- manage the flow of information and documentation between our customers and our project management team
- ensure others have an up-to-date snapshot of our project pipeline by keeping project data updated and accurate in our ERP system
- provide regular updates and information to the project management team
- make recommendations to resolve project management issues and minimize the chances of project failure
- keep our management team up to date on our projects by creating weekly reports
- proactively alert all impacted parties if project milestones are not hitting critical dates
- organize, review and distribute closeout and startup documentation for projects
- create a production schedule with accuracy and priority setting that will ensure work orders are released, distributed, and closed on time, while managing site delays, material shortages, and other disruptions
- oversee production metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of production and delivery
- consult with other teams to evaluate the progress of a project and discuss any necessary adjustments
- build and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees, managers and customers by acting in a manner that builds trust, credibility and rapport
- maintain knowledge and understanding of all the company’s product lines
- perform additional duties as required

**What will you bring to the Team?**
- a post-secondary education in business, project management, administration or related field
- a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of project coordination experience in a manufacturing and/or construction industry, project management training would be an asset
- proven ability to effectively coordinate projects through partnerships with the project management team
- strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) to gather information and keep others informed
- proven ability to work in a high-paced environment requiring multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills.
- self-motivated and ambitious, with a natural curiosity and a desire to learn, grow and develop your skillset
- a process minded, creative problem-solver with a passion and ability to build effective relationships at all levels within an organization
