Overview:
Under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer, the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse associates in the day-to-day operations of the facility. Primary responsibilities are fulfilling customer orders and performing general warehouse operations such as receiving, stocking and inventory control.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Recruiting and training of staff
- Monitoring the performance and progress of staff
- Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
- Communicating with other departments
- Overseeing stock control and processing orders
- Ensuring quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives are met
- Fulfilling objectives and directions from the operation's headquarters
- Coordinating the use of automated and computerized systems
- Keeping stock control systems up to date
- Planning future capacity requirements; producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Briefing team leaders on a daily basis
- Visiting customers to monitor the quality of service they are receiving
- Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment
- Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment

**Aperçu**:
Sous la direction du chef des opérations, le gestionnaire de l’entrepôt sera responsable de superviser une équipe d’associés d’entrepôt dans les opérations quotidiennes de l’installation. Les principales responsabilités sont l’exécution des commandes des clients et l’exécution des opérations générales d’entrepôt telles que la réception, le stockage et le contrôle des stocks.

**Tâches et responsabilités**:

- Recruter et former le personnel;
- Surveiller la performance et les progrès du personnel;
- Motiver, organiser et encourager le travail d’équipe au sein du personnel afin d’assurer la réalisation des objectifs de productivité établis;
- Communiquer avec les autres services;
- Superviser la gestion des stocks et traiter les commandes;
- Veiller à atteindre les objectifs en matière de qualité, de livraison, de budget et d’écologie;
- Réaliser les objectifs et suivre les directives du siège social des opérations;
- Coordonner l’utilisation des systèmes automatisés et informatiques;
- Traiter les communications des clients par courriel, télécopieur et téléphone et y répondre;
- Maintenir à jour les systèmes de gestion des stocks;
- Planifier les besoins à venir en matière de capacité;
- Produire des rapports et des statistiques réguliers de manière quotidienne, hebdomadaire et mensuelle;
- Communiquer chaque jour les informations nécessaires aux chefs d’équipe;
- Rendre visite aux clients afin de contrôler la qualité du service reçu;
- Assurer en permanence le respect des normes en matière de santé et de sécurité, d’hygiène et de sûreté au sein de l’environnement de travail;
- Superviser l’entretien périodique des véhicules, des machines et du matériel.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
