As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and driven _Digital Marketing Specialist_ to join our marketing team and play a crucial role in growing our online presence and digital strategy.

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize website content for search engines, improving organic search rankings.
- Manage and analyze advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goal
- Monitor performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure competitive advantage.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and optimization strategies for future campaigns.
- Assist in managing the company’s website by optimizing user experience (UX) and making improvements to landing pages, content, and navigation.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Familiarity with graphic design principles and experience using Adobe Creative Suite for creating marketing assets.
- Strong understanding of SEO techniques and tools to enhance website visibility.
- Experience with online advertising platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that engages audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights from campaign performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce marketing or B2B digital marketing.
