**RÔLE**

Relevant du Directeur IT, le Microsoft Dynamics NAV Support Specialist jouera un rôle clé dans le support aux utilisateurs de Nav a tranvers tout nos sites: Chine, Melbourne, Allemagne, États-Unis et le Canada.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Implémentation de Microsoft NAV ou Business Central
- Former les utilisateurs à l'utilisation de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Former, mettre en œuvre et soutenir les personnalisations dans Dynamics 365 BC pour les Utilisateurs nouveaux et existants.
- Travailler avec les parties prenantes internes pour comprendre les exigences techniques et définir les modifications et le développement personnalisé.
- Créer, concevoir et modifier les rapports par défaut dans Dynamics 365 BC
- Convertir les exigences fonctionnelles en spécifications techniques et en documents de conception
- Faire des recommandations techniques pour l'installation, les modifications et le développement personnalisé
- S'assurer que les meilleures pratiques de développement sont respectées par les autres membres de l'équipe
- Effectuer des revues de code et encadrer les autres membres de l'équipe
- Communiquer efficacement sur tous les supports et à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
- Identifier les opportunités de logiciels ou de services, y compris la formation, les modules, le conseil en processus d'affaires et le développement.

**EXIGENCES**:

- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience pratique dans la mise en œuvre de Business Central ou NAV dans le domaine de la logistique ou de la finance.
- Expérience de mise en œuvre en interne avec Microsoft NAV ou Business Central
- Solides compétences en communication et confiance en soi
- Capacité à faire des recommandations pour d'autres modules et add-ons de tiers, et éventuellement à les mettre en œuvre.
- Former les utilisateurs finaux à l'utilisation de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Avoir la passion d'aider nos clients à utiliser au mieux Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Capacités avérées à prendre des initiatives et à faire preuve d'innovation.

**ROLE**

Reporting to the Director of IT, the Microsoft Dynamics Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting our end users globally across multiple sites China, Melborn, Germany, Unite States and Canada.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- In-house implementation of Microsoft NAV or Business Central
- Train end-users on how to use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Train, Implement, and Support customizations in Dynamics 365 BC for new and existing customers
- Technical design, development and testing of core Dynamics 365 Business Central Apps
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand the technical requirements and scope out modifications and custom development
- Create, Design and modify the default reporting in Dynamic 365 BC
- Convert functional requirements to technical specifications and design documents
- Make technical recommendations for installation, modifications and custom development
- Ensure development best practices are adhered to by other team members
- Conduct Code Reviews and mentor other team members
- Communicate effectively in all mediums and to all levels within the organization.
- Identify software or service opportunities including training, modules, business process consulting, and development

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 5 years of practical implementation experience of Business Central or NAV in logistics or finance
- In-house implementation experience with Microsoft NAV or Business Central
- Strong and confident communication skills
- Ability to make recommendations for, and potentially implement, other modules and 3rd party add-ons
- Train end users on how to use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Have a passion for supporting our customers in making the best use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
