**Position Description**:
The Operations department supports every function of MSI on a foundational level. The Task Manager coordinates all incoming new business, existing business service requests, as well as incoming claims requests. This role is responsible for tracking and distributing all incoming requests to the appropriate staff member. As we migrate between software platforms, we require the Task Manager to help support that transition.

**Reports To**:
This position reports to the Director of Operations

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Ensure that all workflows, procedures, and service standards are being adhered to
- Acknowledges receipt of all submissions and performs high level review for program eligibility
- Tracking and trending of staff workloads
- Transfer all claims requests to claims queue with diligence and efficiency
- Provide professional and efficient messages to our broker partners
- Investigate or resend endorsement confirmation documentation to our broker partners as required
- Handle premium finance contracts and queries
- Assist with client and broker file migration from one operating platform to another
- Receptionist duties as required

**Role Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Ability to commute to the office located in Burlington, Ontario, Canada
- Insurance background is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competency using Google Suite or Microsoft Office products
- High energy, organized, self-starter
- Strong work ethic, goal oriented
- Collaborative team player
- Receptive to and welcomes coaching

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
