- You may have real estate conveyancing experience otherwise we'll train you to be a Jedi
- A detail-oriented enthusiast

A Day In the Life:

- Greeting agents, clients and guests that come into the office
- Main point of contact at the office
- Setting up agents on the printer and fob system
- Trouble shooting printer
- Communicating with agents, lawyers, and other brokerages
- Reviewing contracts and paperwork for completeness and compliance
- Administrative Genius: maintain databases, maintain filing, word processing, data entry

Familiarity with the following programs is a large asset (but not necessary):

- BrokerWolf
- Paragon
- Skyslope
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)
