Capco is looking for an UX Copywriter with experience in the financial services sector to join our Innovation & Design practice.

**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with clients and the Innovation & Design team to improve the user experience for customers and employees
- Collaborate across different teams with difference specialities to deliver the best solutions for our clients.
- Brainstorm solutions to tough client problems, speaking up and sharing your knowledge
- Work hand-in-hand with technologists at Capco and our clients to create wireframes, visual designs and copy that are state-of-the-art and user-friendly

**About You**

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of copywriting experience, with at least 2-3 years in the banking and/or insurance industry
- UX writer and editor who can also write presentation decks
- Content strategy experience preferred
- Able to work as part of an integrated team with designers, developers, testers, business analysts and project managers
- Expertise with MS Word, PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe XD
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
