Overview:
**Purpose**:
To manage and support the scheduled and ad-hoc reporting functions of the dedicated portfolio. Utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to help measure the effectiveness of sales programs, brand marketing initiatives, and sales campaigns. Collaborate with partners to help plan, execute, and deliver programs according to KPIs and key imperatives.

**Responsibilities**:
**Required Duties**:

- Lead the reporting needs of the portfolio and the creation of ad hoc reporting according to business needs
- Collaborate with provincial leadership to measure and assess the effectiveness of strategies and tactics in retail and on-premise, measuring KPIs, and reporting on a regular basis
- Collaborate with internal partners including finance, business analytics, and shared services to deliver weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting
- Own the gathering and reporting on monthly wins from the field
- Collaborate in the creation of business reviews gathering data and insights that will add value to the business and also communicate the effectiveness of key programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with business partners to identify key customers where programs can be successful and tactics are maximized
- Collaborate with the business manager to ensure the portfolio and brand strategies / key initiatives / sales incentives are top of mind in the field

**Must be able to**:

- Live and demonstrate the company values.
- Build and grow relationships with key client contacts including brand managers, marketing, logistics and finance
- Build and grow relationships with internal partners including provincial leadership, analytics, trade development, and finance
- Understand, analyze and summarize business metrics and quantify key imperatives
- Demonstrate and exhibit high levels of professionalism with internal and external customers

Qualifications:
**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Degree in Business Management, Administration, or finance is preferred
- 4 years of business experience in CPG / beverage alcohol / finance is preferred
- Proven analytical skills, experience working with and manipulating data
- Experience utilizing analytics and reporting tools / databases; taking raw data and creating business presentations
- Proficient or expert level of experience in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office products
- Excellent negotiation and influencing Skills
- Takes initiative, self starter
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, listening and written
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
- Seek out new ideas, exhibit initiative and be proactive
